Will Clinging and his team provide the exceptional hoof care received by the Horses at Victoria Carriage Tours. Will is a certified journeyman through the American Farriers Association and V.P. of the Western Canadian Farriers Association. Every shoe is custom fit by Will and is specifically designed for the Horses gait and traction needs.

One of our most common questions is, does walking on pavement hurt the horses? The answer is, no. In addition to a horse's natural ability to absorb concussion, the shoes provided to our working horses are specifically designed for pavement. These shoes include a specialized borium component that prevents slip and gives the Horse proper traction needed to navigate streets.
